The RoHS is a product-level compliance based on the European Union’s 2002/95/EC Directive. It certifies that electrical and electronic equipment is safe for use. MMB is RoHS-approved.

The CE marking indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area. The CE marking is also found on products sold outside the EEA that have been manufactured to EEA standards. MMB has CE approval.

The United States FCC Marking has required standards for products that might contribute to electromagnetic interference. MMB passed FCC marking safety regulations.

All functions will remain functional even if the vehicle is in motion. For more information, please check with your local authority about local laws and drive safely.

You will need to order a wireless remote if your vehicle does not have a touchscreen or a touchpad to control the screen. Applications like Netflix require touch to select movies.

We use DHL and FedEx express to ship worldwide. It will take us 1-2 days to process your order, then an express courier will pick up your shipment. Once the shipment starts, it will take 5-7 days (depending on your country) for the package to reach you.

We will then send the tracking number directly to your email address.

Both iPhone and Android phones are supported. The MMB 11 Plus CarPlay Box simply needs a hotspot to connect to for internet access. Please check with your SIM carrier if your SIM card plan allows for hotspot sharing. Vehicle Wi-Fi are compatible as well.
